When we launched our associate agency network about a year and a half ago we knew there was an opportunity for smaller agencies to begin collaborating more closely across borders and languages. We also knew that the current model behind the tier-one communications agencies is neither affordable nor responsive to the needs of smaller, fast-growth technology companies.
Our answer? Launch our network much like a startup launches a Minimum Viable Product. Only in our case, it was an MVP network of highly skilled communications and marketing agencies from around the world.
